The Office of Human Resources released the professional development schedule for the month of September provided through K@TE.
Sessions for the month of September include:
• Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2 to 3 p.m., “Communication Beyond the Basics,” presented by Optum, virtual, register at the K@TE site, visit Optum’s “Communication Beyond the Basics” site for training materials.
• Thursday, Sept. 17, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., “OPR Suicide Prevention Training,” 111 Boling University Center, register at the K@TE site.
• Wednesday, Sept. 23, noon to 1 p.m., “Navigating Difficult Conversations: Peer to Peer,” Latimer-Smith Community Room, register at the K@TE site.
There will also be four sessions of “Let’s Discuss Labor Distribution,” all held in 212 Gooch Hall. Options for this training include Wednesday, Sept. 23, 10 a.m. to noon; Monday, Sept. 28, 2 to 4 p.m.; Wednesday, Sept. 30, 10 a.m. to noon; and Wednesday, Sept. 30, 1 to 3 p.m.
