The University of Tennessee at Martin will observe free application days Sept. 14-16 for prospective undergraduate students and Sept. 14-18 for prospective graduate students.
Prospective undergraduate and graduate students do not pay the application fees when applying to the university during free application days. This removes one barrier students face when considering where to apply for college. The application fee being waived is $30 for undergraduate students and $40 for graduate students.
Graduate students are an important population to our university, and we wanted to give prospective graduate students the same opportunity to apply without an application fee during the designated period.

All students can apply to UT Martin through www.utm.edu/apply. Once at that site, they can select the student type that best fits them and complete the application.
Any student who took dual enrollment courses through UT Martin or participated in the Governor’s Schools program and UT Martin students and alumni can apply to UT Martin for free any time of the year.
The application for UT Martin housing opens on Thursday, Oct. 1, and students must be admitted to the university to apply for housing. This is another incentive for students to apply during free application days.
Campus tours are given twice a day Monday through Friday, at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. To register for campus tours or virtual tours or learn about other ways of touring the main campus, go to www.utm.edu/visit.
