UT LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE | March 7-12 (nominee submissions through Aug. 28)
The UT Leadership Institute (LI) is a rigorous, research-based leadership development experience for high-performing academic and administrative leaders across the UT System. Through an intensive, week-long curriculum, LI strengthens participants’ understanding of leadership in higher education and equips them with practical tools to lead others, enhance self-awareness, navigate organizational dynamics and foster a thriving culture aligned with UT’s mission and Be One UT Values.
Participants should demonstrate a proven record of success as a UT System employee, potential for continued personal growth and a commitment to fostering the development and mentorship of others. LI will be held March 7–12, 2027, and participants are expected to fully engage in all sessions throughout the week.

ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONALS SUMMIT | Nov. 11-13 (registration ends Oct. 28)
The Administrative Professionals Summit (APS) is a professional development conference designed for administrative professionals across industries to learn, connect and grow. Through practical sessions, expert insights and peer networking, APS equips attendees with the skills, strategies and confidence to excel in today’s evolving workplace.

- Dates: Wednesday, Nov. 11 – Friday, Nov. 13.
- Location: Knoxville Convention Center, 701 Henley St., Knoxville.
- Attire: Business casual.
- Registration fee: $250 [UT employees use code UT Employee (case sensitive) at check-out], $400 for non-UT employees
- Registration: APS Registration Link, register by Wednesday, Oct. 28.
