Questions from faculty and staff

QUESTION

When will the quad side of the Hall-Moody Administration Building reopen? Also, when will the entire building be open for all occupants to return?

RESPONSE

The current schedule shows that the north side main entrance to the Hall-Moody Administration Building will be closed for most of September to complete upgrades at the main entrance, including columns, terrazzo, the ramp and storefront. The south side quad entrance should be opened before classes start Aug. 24 with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) access coming from the west end parking area.

The completion date for the last portion of the Hall-Moody upgrade project has been pushed out to December 2026. Among the final aspects of the project causing the delay is delivery of the building’s air handler.
