Important dates are coming up in the University of Tennessee at Martin calendar as fall semester ends and the holiday season begins. Scheduling applies at the main campus and regional centers in Jackson, Parsons, Ripley, Selmer, Somerville and Springfield in Middle Tennessee.
• UT Martin classes will not meet Nov. 27-29, and administrative offices will be closed Nov. 28-29 for Thanksgiving. Offices will reopen and fall classes resume Monday, Dec. 2.
• Fall semester classes will end Dec. 6, followed by final exams Dec. 9-13.
• Commencement will be held at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 14, in the Kathleen and Tom Elam Center.
• The university will be closed for the winter break Dec. 23-Jan. 1. Administrative offices will reopen Thursday, Jan. 2, and spring semester classes will begin Thursday, Jan. 9, at the main campus and six regional centers.
